Happy Day Family!
Happy Friday as well!
I have great news about a new project I am involved in.
In 2020 I was invited by the City of Raleigh to participate in the Raleigh Art Beats call for art! Raleigh Art Beats is a temporary public art project spearheaded by the City of Raleigh’s Department of Transportation (RDOT) and Raleigh Arts.
Artists are creating site-specific sidewalk paintings and murals in downtown Raleigh, NC USA.
The artworks are unique, often playing with the surrounding landscape or infrastructure, and are all located within Downtown Raleigh’s 110-block municipal services district.
The City provides the paint, and the artist the mural!
The paint is made by Sherwin Williams on Peace Street, whose paint technicians work closely with the artists to select and mix custom paint colors. RDOT’s Team Downtown Raleigh guides location choices, power washes the “canvas” to clear impediments and manages traffic control.
There are three ways to see and experience the sidewalk murals.
In-person

Thank you City of Raleigh and Raleigh Arts. I say "Thank you" to "Us" because it takes a village to grow with support and love!
I will be apart of the Spring 2021 installations and will update through my website, social media and Patreon!
Patreon will have more in depth information about what i will create and how!
Happy New Year!
